Privacy Policy

Last updated August 31, 2026

This policy explains what information this website collects, why it is collected, who helps process it, and how to reach us about it. It was written for this website specifically, and it describes what the site actually does.

Who operates this website

Travel with Jennifer (Jennifer Gregg, an independent travel advisor) operates this website and is the travel service provider you are contacting. Travel with Jennifer decides how the information submitted here is used.

OPEN ΛXIS designed the digital experience and provides website, hosting and technical support services. OPEN ΛXIS is a technical service provider only. It is not the travel advisor, seller of travel, tour operator, cruise line, resort, or provider of any travel service, and it does not control or influence Jennifer's travel recommendations or bookings.

What this website collects

When you submit a form on this website, we collect what you type into it:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
  • Trip details you select or write: destination interest, trip type, who you are traveling as, travel dates, budget range, vibe and preferences, group information
  • The message or details you write in the form
  • Which page the form was submitted from, and the date and time

For security and spam prevention, the submission is stored with your browser's user agent string and a one-way hashed value derived from your IP address. The raw IP address itself is not stored. Standard hosting and security logs may also record technical request information.

Please do not send sensitive identifiers through website forms. Our forms never ask for Social Security numbers, passport numbers, payment card numbers, banking details, passwords or government ID information. When a booking later requires traveler documentation or payment, that is handled directly with Jennifer or the travel supplier — not through this website's forms.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry
  • To provide travel-planning assistance and quote or arrange requested travel
  • To communicate with you about the travel services you asked about
  • To keep a record of submissions received through the website
  • To prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and to keep the website secure
  • To troubleshoot technical problems and improve how the site works
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not use the information you submit for unrelated purposes, and we do not sell personal information.

Service providers

A small number of providers process limited information so that the website can work:

  • Website hosting and the database that stores form submissions
  • The email delivery provider that sends notification and confirmation emails
  • Spam prevention and website security services
  • OPEN ΛXIS, for authorized technical maintenance and troubleshooting of the website

These providers receive information only as needed to perform their service for us. If analytics or advertising technology is ever added to this website, this policy will be updated to name it before it is used.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels or nonessential analytics tracking. It loads a web font service and, on the reviews section, Google Maps review content; those third parties may receive standard request information such as your IP address and browser. Because there is no nonessential tracking, there is no cookie consent banner. If that changes, this section and the consent experience will change with it.

Emails you receive from us

When you submit a form, you receive a confirmation email. That message is a transactional response to a request you started — it confirms what you submitted and lets you reply.

Submitting a form does not sign you up for marketing or a newsletter. If a newsletter is offered in the future, it will have its own separate signup and consent.

How long we keep submissions

Form submissions are kept as long as they are useful for planning your travel, answering follow-up questions, and maintaining business and tax records, and are then reviewed and removed when no longer needed. Test entries and clearly abandoned or spam submissions are removed during that review. We do not claim an automatic deletion schedule, because deletion is currently a reviewed manual step rather than an enforced one.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a private database that the public cannot read. Only the secure server-side submission service can write records, and access is limited to Jennifer and, where needed for maintenance, authorized technical support. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we treat the information you send as protected customer information and use reasonable measures to safeguard it.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted, or ask a question about it, by emailing:

Please include enough detail for us to find your submission. We honor these requests as a matter of practice, and we honor any additional rights that apply to you under law. We may need to keep certain records where retention is legally required.

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If how this website handles information changes, this page is updated and the "last updated" date above changes with it.

This policy describes the website's current practices. It is not legal advice, and Travel with Jennifer may update it as the website or applicable law changes.
