Travel with Jennifer provides independent travel-advisor and travel-planning services: advice, planning, and facilitating bookings with third-party travel suppliers. Those suppliers may include cruise lines, resorts, hotels, tour companies, transportation providers, airlines and other travel suppliers.

Travel with Jennifer does not own or operate those suppliers and does not provide the underlying travel services. Each supplier's own terms and conditions apply to your booking in addition to these terms.

• Rates and itineraries are subject to availability.
• Pricing can change until a booking is confirmed by the supplier.
• Promotions may expire or carry restrictions set by the supplier.
• Onboard credits and network benefits depend on the eligible booking, sailing, fare and supplier, and are not available on every trip.
• Travel network access does not guarantee a lower rate for every trip; it is one of several tools used to look for value.
• Travel information shown on this website is illustrative and is not a booking or an offer until a supplier confirms it in writing.

Deposit, payment, change, cancellation, penalty, refund and future-credit rules are set by the applicable travel supplier and by the fare or rate you select. Jennifer can explain those rules and assist you in working through them, but she cannot waive, override or guarantee an outcome under a supplier's policy.

Travelers are responsible for confirming and holding the correct documentation for their trip, including passports, visas, identification, entry and re-entry requirements, health documentation, and required document validity. Requirements are set and enforced by governments, carriers and suppliers, and they change. Jennifer can share what she knows and point you to official sources, but she cannot guarantee entry, boarding or admission to any destination.

Travel protection plans may be available and are generally worth considering, depending on the trip. Coverage, exclusions, limits, eligibility and claim decisions are determined solely by the policy and the insurer, not by Travel with Jennifer. No plan covers everything. Please read the policy documents before purchasing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Travel with Jennifer and OPEN ΛXIS are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, service quality, or failures of third-party travel suppliers or other parties outside their reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

OPEN ΛXIS designed and provides technical support for this digital experience. OPEN ΛXIS is not the travel advisor, cruise line, resort, tour operator, transportation provider, booking supplier or insurer.

OPEN ΛXIS does not make travel recommendations, control supplier services, determine travel pricing or availability, or fulfill travel bookings. Website content, availability, errors or technical issues are not representations by OPEN ΛXIS about any travel service, and travel questions should always go to Jennifer.

The Travel with Jennifer name and branding, this website's design and code, its original copy, and the photography and video supplied for it are protected and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without permission from Travel with Jennifer or, for design and development elements, OPEN ΛXIS. Cruise line, resort, and other supplier names, logos and marks shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

• Do not use automated tools to abuse forms or scrape content inappropriately.
• Do not attempt to access protected systems, data or accounts.
• Do not submit fraudulent, impersonating or unlawful form submissions.

These terms and your use of this website are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
